Job Description
- Collaborating with business leaders to pose inquiries and clarify requirements while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and requirements when reviewing technology solutions.
- Reviewing contracts for technical implications.
- Completing exception and preapproval documents as required.
- Working with stakeholders and technical teams to craft effective solutions addressing business needs including creating detailed functional specifications and use cases.
- Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements.
- Staying up to date on industry trends best practices and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions and enhance business processes.
Requirements
- A bachelors degree in business administration information technology or a related field.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g. CBAP CCBA) is desirable.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to collaborate effectively in crossfunctional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
- A minimum of 710 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Profound knowledge of business analysis methodologies tools and techniques.
- Competency in requirements gathering process modeling and data analysis.
- Experience with business analysis tools and software (e.g. Visio JIRA Confluence)
- Proficiency with project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum)
Business Process Engineering, Process Analysis and Design, Data Analysis, Process Management.
