Head of Conference and Events (Remote)
Location: New York City NY 10016
Salary: $200000 $300000/year

What you will be doing:
- Drive revenue growth and expand the event portfolio of over 200 annual events.
- Build new business and nurture client relationships.
- Ensure the flawless of branded conferences and custom events.
- Lead and mentor a talented team of 25 professionals including 57 senior direct reports.
- Generate new business and maintain strong client relationships.
- Oversee meticulous event production and operations.
- Develop growth strategies and ensure financial stewardship.
- Foster leadership collaboration and inspire teams.
- Drive revenue growth and client partnership development.
- Conduct market analysis and product strategy.
- Oversee financial management and planning including P&L management and budget development.
- Enhance event communications and implement creative marketing strategies.
- Manage and lead teams while aligning talent management and cultivating a thriving culture.
Experience you will need:
- 15 years of leadership experience in event development and with direct or related experience in business development account management event management conference production marketing communications and event planning.
- Demonstrated success in driving substantial revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proven experience in building and leading highperforming teams facilitating effective communication to meet event expectations.
- Strong experience in working with budgets including forecasting resource allocation and financial reporting.
- Indepth knowledge of the latest event technologies and platforms with the ability to integrate these tools into event production.
- Experience in contract negotiation and management.
- Strategic presentation skills to senior executives and Csuite leadership.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work flexibly with travel requirements.
- Effective communication and adaptability with strong problemsolving skills.
- Expertise in project management and relationshipcentered leadership.
