Job Description
Job Title: IT Recruiter
Location: Gurgaon India
Employment Type: FullTime
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven IT Recruiter to join our team at Talent Shark. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the technology industry and proven experience in sourcing screening and placing top IT talent. You will work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple job requisitions while delivering highquality candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand IT staffing needs and define job requirements.
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to identify top IT talent including direct sourcing networking and using social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the endtoend recruitment process including job postings resume review interviews and job offers.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Stay up to date with trends in the IT industry and evolving recruitment techniques.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and prepare recruitment reports.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or in a technical recruitment role.
- Indepth knowledge of IT roles skills and technologies.
- Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to manage multiple job openings and work in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong sourcing abilities with experience in direct sourcing headhunting and networking.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws and recruitment practices.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter GitHub Stack Overflow and other relevant platforms.
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
