Role: Business Development Manager
Salary: 37500 plus bonus and benefits ( 65k OTE)
Hybrid: 3 days in office
Based: Central London (Farringdon)

Growing rapidly since 2013 operating from offices globally and is the chosen partner of hundreds of brands including Hugo Boss Marc Jacobs Etam M&S Versace and more.
As they continue to expand across EMEA they are looking for a highly motivated Italian Speaking Business Development Manager to join our EMEA Sales team in their London office working on the Italian market.
This is a hybrid position with 3 days in the office (central London) and 2 days remote.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire sales process from demo to closing by partnering with internal teams such as Sales Development Executives Solutions Engineers Partnership Managers etc.
- Increase our market share in the region by growing our net new business.
- Negotiate pricing and business terms with small to medium sized Ecommerce retailers by selling value as well as ROI.
- Build lasting consultative relationships with Clevel executives in customer prospects.
- Analyse customers existing crossborder models to develop a deep understanding of their needs and business.
- Consistently deliver on quarterly forecast commitments by achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
- Forecast and manage your sales pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals.

- 3 years of direct B2B eCommerce/SaaS sales experience.
- Prior experience in working for an innovative and agile tech company preferably within ecommerce and closing large value deals in Italy.
- Successful history of net new business Enterprise sales with the ability to prove consistent delivery against targets.
- Track record of being a high performer.
- Credible at all levels and evidence of building strong relationships internally and externally with the customer.
- Proven ability to manage multiple prospects at a time.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Italian and English.
With their clients being located globally flexibility is required and we may need you to work out of office hours when necessary.

Responsibilities: Operate as the lead point of contact for all clients, liaising with the relevant internal stakeholders to ensure a quick process. Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts. Generate revenue though up-selling and cross-selling existing accounts. Proactively identify expansion opportunities in addition to any red flags. Prepare periodic performance reports and QBRs covering and analysing clients KPIs. Support clients strategic, marketing and operational decisions based on internal knowledge, data analysis and best practices. Build and maintain strong and long-lasting client relationships. Requirements: Written and verbal fluency in English and Italian. At least 2+ years experience in an Account Management or Customer Success Manager role. Prior B2B experience in a software, logistics or SaaS company preferred. Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time. Experience in generating revenue by expanding on an existing book-of-business. Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse and present data and trends to stakeholders and clients. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation. BA/BS degree or equivalent preferable.
