Retail Deputy Store Manager Job West Dublin
Here at Teamworx we are delighted to be recruiting a Supermarket Assistant Manager to join a highly successful supermarket group in their West Dublin store.
As the Deputy Store Manager you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in the daytoday running of the store. You will help to lead and motivate the team ensure high standards of customer service and drive operational efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced retail professional to further develop their leadership skills in a dynamic retail environment.

The ideal candidate for this Grocery Assistant Store Manager Job:
- Proven experience in management role within the grocery retail sector (minimum 2 years).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to handle challenging situations.
- Commercial awareness with an understanding of how to drive sales and manage costs.

Responsibilities for this Grocery Assistant Store Manager Job:
- Assist the Store Manager in the smooth and efficient running of the store ensuring all departments are wellmanaged.
- Lead motivate and develop the store team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure the store is fully stocked wellpresented and complies with health and safety standards.
- Oversee inventory management including stock control ordering and replenishment.
- Support with financial performance including managing budgets achieving sales targets and controlling costs.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Deputise for the Store Manager in their absence taking full responsibility for store operations.
