We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Full Stack React Developer to join our dynamic team in Falls Church VA.
Position Summary:
In this role you will be responsible for both frontend and backend development working on building a scalable and efficient platform for enterprise clients. You will collaborate closely with our API and AI development teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance. The ideal candidate should be selfdriven and capable of delivering robust highquality code in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design development and deployment of fullstack web applications using React (frontend) and Node.js Python or other relevant backend technologies.
Build and optimize APIs and services for performance scalability and security.
Collaborate with backend and AI/ML teams to integrate APIs databases and AIdriven services.
Ensure the platform is scalable secure and optimized for performance both on the front end and back end.
Write clean maintainable and welldocumented code.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle including code reviews testing and continuous deployment.
Take ownership of the product lifecycle ensuring MVPs are delivered quickly to meet business deadlines.
Stay uptodate with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our platform stays at the forefront of innovation.
Requirements
Requirements:
5 years of professional experience in fullstack development with a strong focus on React for frontend development.
Proficiency in frontend technologies like JavaScript/TypeScript HTML5 CSS3 and state management libraries (Redux Context API).
Expertise in backend technologies like Node.js Python or similar along with experience in building RESTful APIs.
Strong understanding of database systems (SQL NoSQL) and cloud infrastructure (AWS Azure Google Cloud).
Familiarity with version control tools like Git and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with containerization tools (Docker) and cloud deployment (Kubernetes) is a plus.
Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
Selfstarter with a passion for innovation and delivering highquality products.
NicetoHaves:
Experience with AI/ML technologies particularly Generative AI or LLMs.
Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and cloud infrastructure management.
