Job Description
- Design, develop, and maintain RPG applications, utilizing ILE concepts and the latest RPG features.
- Integrate RPG applications with other systems, including web services, ensuring smooth data flow and functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, to understand requirements and translate them into development tasks.
- Leverage your strong proficiency in Java to support and enhance RPG applications.
- Utilize your knowledge of web technologies (JSP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and RESTful APIs to build and maintain modern, user-friendly interfaces.
- Work with SQL and database management systems to optimize data storage and retrieval processes.
- Apply Agile methodologies (SCRUM or Kanban) to manage development processes, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of features.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers as needed.
