As a Software Asset Manager youll ensure compliance with licensing agreements and optimize our software usage across cloud platforms and onpremise servers. Your expertise will help us stay at the forefront of the dynamic energy industry.
What you will do:
- Manage and optimize the lifecycle of software assets focusing on cloud and server environments.
- Ensure compliance with cloud and serverbased licensing agreements.
- Monitor software usage across platforms to optimize licensing costs and compliance.
- Lead software audits and maintain accurate documentation.
- Provide expert guidance on licensing models contract terms and conditions.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts in collaboration with procurement.
What you bring & who you are:
- Bachelors degree in computer science IT or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in software asset management with expertise in cloud and server licensing.
- Familiarity with major manufacturers like SAP Oracle and a focus on JAVA licensing.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to apply licensing terms effectively.
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
