In this role you will be responsible to abide with ABB safety and Integrity guidelines with zero tolerance. Proper market sizing and channels to market definition in Qatar. Identify potential clients through research networking and cold calling. The work model for this role (onsite) This role is contributing to Motion Business Area based in Doha Qatar. You will be mainly accountable for: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients. Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Actively participating in defining and steering the companys energy efficiency strategy. Conducting site visits and energy audits understanding clients energy consumption and needs. Presenting energyefficient products and solutions to clients explaining the benefits and cost savings. Developing and coordinating the network of ESCOrelated companies. Preparing and delivering sales presentations and proposals. Staying updated with industry trends market conditions and competitors. Identifying new market opportunities and develop strategies to capture them. Negotiating contracts and pricing with clients. Closing sales deals and ensuring timely delivery of products and services. Providing postsales support and addressing any issues or concerns clients may have. Sales budgeting for service offering portfolio in line with market potential and IB per segment. Participating in industry events conference and trade shows and events. Interpreting the strategy of the Division and translating the corporate expectations into activities for the sales team. Ensuring the of sales strategy and targets achievement in allocated markets segments and customer accounts. Developing annual sales plans for motion services in line with growth ambition and implementation of businessdriven actions in accordance. Submit monthly and quarterly forecast for orders with high (90%) accuracy. Contributing to the entire gamut of marketing activities in Qatar comprising of product launches exhibitions conferences and events in coordination with communication and local teams. Personal leadership on the ground according to player map and market stakeholders including consultants EPCs OEMs and EndUsers. etc. Translating global and regional highlevel strategies into pragmatic actions. Identifying partnership opportunities and participating in the definition of partnership agreements. Coordinating with different functions to grow motion service business. Coordinating gotomarket approach in line with Local Business Strategy. Studying the technical specs and prepare/submit offers for complete MOSE Portfolio.
