Job Description
Are you ready to take the helm at Scandinavias leading dredging company With over 45 specialized vessels and units and a diverse crew of 400 seafarers from over 10 nationalities Rohde Nielsen is continuously growing and seeking new talent to lead our operations.
On behalf of Rohde Nielsen MARPRO Group is looking for a Dredge Master.
Rohde Nielsen is a familyowned company that has seen substantial growth in recent years with exciting prospects on the horizon. Our engaged team and large specialized fleet makes us unique and ensures we are always a step ahead.
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Dredge Master to join our team. This role is crucial as youll be managing operations onboard a Backhoe Dredger.
Qualifications:
- Expertise in subsea grabbing.
- Solid knowledge of engines hydraulics and electronics.
- Competence in the mechanical aspects and minor repairs.
- Verbal and written English communication skills.
- Good communication abilities.
- Highquality workmanship.
Role Expectations:
- You will also perform operator duties.
- We seek individuals who are motivated flexible and deeply committed to the operation and maintenance of a backhoe.
Who Should Apply:

What We Offer:
- Permanent employment with a balanced 1:1 rotation system (34 weeks onboard followed by 34 weeks on leave).
