You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailCompleted training as an IT specialist medical technician network administrator system administrator or degree in the IT field or equivalent experience (e.g. CompTIA/CCNA/OSCP)
You have experience in setting up and managing network infrastructure. Internet protocols are no foreign word to you
You have experience in IT support and can identify faults quickly and flexibly and install individual IT solutions.
You have a high affinity for various software systems (Linux/Windows/Mac) and feel comfortable in the terminal
You are very willing to learn and have a good grasp of things
You are characterized by a high level of reliability and communication skills
You organize your day and upcoming tasks independently
You speak fluent German and have a class B driving license
Plus points:
Experience with the Ubiquiti/Unifi ecosystem
Additional qualifications in the IT & network security area (e.g. CompTIA Security CEH OSCP or similar)
You are the first point of contact for our practices and respond to submitted tickets (LVL 13 by phone and via software ticket) as quickly as possible
You are responsible for the technical support of our practices
You are responsible for the administration of our Apple infrastructure
You also solve more complex (network) technical problems independently
You support us in the inspection preparation and setup of new practices
You support us in updating and further developing our internal documentation self help articles and guidelines
You are also active on site in an emergency or you lead our remote hands on site
You actively help shape our technical direction
You support our practices on site if necessary and carry out field service activities if required

Step 1: First phone interview with Mikail (founder) to get background and technical knowledge.
Step 2: Meet with the onsite team and assess cultural fit.
Step 3: 2day assessment center with the Junior Tech Lead to assess technical and problemsolving skills.
Final Decision: Final decision is based on team feedback and technical performance.
Timeframe: The process is designed to take 2 weeks to 1 month from start to finish.
