Job Description

The Strategic Associate supports the development and of strategic initiatives to drive business growth and operational excellence through project management and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning Support:
    • Assist in developing and executing strategic plans that align with organizational goals conducting research to inform decisionmaking.
  • Project Management:
    • Manage strategic projects developing schedules budgets and resource plans while coordinating with crossfunctional teams.
  • Market Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities providing insights and recommendations through reports and presentations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    • Track and report on the performance of strategic initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs) addressing challenges as they arise.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify and implement enhancements within the strategic development function promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

  1. Strategic :
    • Measure the effectiveness of strategic plans and their alignment with organizational goals.
  2. Project Delivery:
    • Ensure timely and budgetcompliant delivery of strategic projects.
  3. Market Insight Generation:
    • Provide actionable insights from market analysis that drive business decisions and growth.
  4. Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance engagement and support for strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in business administration or strategic management; relevant certifications (e.g. project management process improvement) are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in strategic planning project management or business development.
  • Skills: Strong analytical project management and communication skills; proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with market research tools.
