About the Department:
The Marketing Department within BYD Europe is responsible for developing and implementing tailored marketing strategies specific to the European region and create comprehensive plans that resonate with the European target audience. Our team works collaboratively to optimize brand visibility increase market share and drive business growth within the European market.
As Marketing Communication Specialist you will: The Marketing & Communication Coordinator reports directly to the Marketing & Communication Section Manager. The Marketing & Communication Coordinator is responsible to build the brand and drive sales in local market by working closely with the Marketing & Communication Manager and build solid relations with Media Agencies Press local institutions and support the dealer network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the of national advertising and PR campaigns.
- In charge of the implementation of marketing plan aligned with the European Marketing and PR Team.
- Maintain good cooperative relationships with press media digital influencers etc. dock PR communication resources and channels develop media resources and ensure visibility of brand and product stories.
- Focus on the content output of various media channels and monitor public opinion.
- Ensure test drive facilities for Press Media Social media influencers and leasing companies (STR / LTR).
- Actively engage and Collaborate on any European event or activity as needed.
- Cooperate with the companys project and promote PR events and content analyze the effect of the activities and integrate the information feedback into the activity process.
- Be a brand Ambassador and work always with the Customer in mind.
- Supporting the departments accounting operations and signing approval documents.
- Support in the production of reports for international boards.

Your profile:
- University Degree in Marketing Sales or commercial disciplines.
- Solid Experience in Automotive industry or Branded Public Relations/Communication field.
- 3 years of experience in roles related to PR & Communication eventmanagement in Automotive business.
- Previously worked in automotive hightech company.
- Excellent Digital Tools knowledge.
- Customeroriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to prioritize and work proactively with efficient time management skills.
- Resilient and open minded.
- Results oriented. Ability to work to deadlines hands on approach motivated to get results.
- Effective and eloquent communication inChinese Mandarin(near native)is mandatory English business level is also required.
