Job Description
To expand our network we are seeking experienced and highly qualified experts for our talent pool in Hungary. We regularly staff projects in international environments with a minimum duration of 6 to 12 months.
Currently we are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager with at least 10 years of experience in international SAP programs and/or IT system rollouts. The ideal candidate will have excellent English and Hungarian language skills (spoken and written).
Onsite presence in Budapest required.
Tasks
The specific tasks depend on the clients needs for each project request.
Requirements
- 10 years experience as a Project Manager within largescale SAP/ERP/IT transformation programs
- Proven experience in IT project management including planning executing and closing projects with a solid understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks (SCRUM SAP Activate SAFe)
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Jira Trello Asana) for tracking progress managing tasks and coordinating teams
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and experience managing software implementation cloud migration or system integration projects
- Familiarity with budget management and cost control including resource allocation forecasting and ensuring projects stay within financial limits
- Experience with risk management and change management processes to identify potential challenges and adapt plans accordingly
- Knowledge of vendor management and ability to negotiate contracts coordinate with thirdparty providers and manage relationships with external partners
- Understanding of compliance and security standards within IT projects including regulatory requirements
- Leadership and team management experience with the ability to lead crossfunctional teams foster collaboration and manage team dynamics effectively
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal to articulate project goals updates and issues to stakeholders at all levels from technical teams to executive management
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment between project objectives and business needs
- Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Experience working with SAP Solution Manager
- Fluent in English and Hungarian both spoken and written
