Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to achieve project goals.
- Facilitate design construction and of test cases/ test scenarios
- Collaborate with Business Analysts to ensure requirements are testable and well defined
- Implement preventative and corrective measures to meet quality assurance criteria.
- Collect and analyze statistical information related to quality metrics.
- Ensure that user expectations are met during the testing process.
- Create and document policies and procedures for quality assurance.
- Investigate customer and product complaints to drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain adherence to quality and industry regulatory requirements.
Skills and Abilities Required:
- Familiarity with QA programs and databases
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Reporting software experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Four plus years of testing and quality inspection experience in Telecom Service Provider industry
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems Computer Science or related discipline
