About the Role: Were seeking a highly skilled Network Communications Expert to lead the development and of advanced testing strategies for our client. Youll collaborate with crossservice teams and partners to design implement and optimize communication architectures for global deployments. Stay at the forefront of innovation in a dynamic and everevolving field!
What Youll Do:
- Lead the implementation and servicing of advanced communication systems.
- Provide expert guidance on managing and maintaining complex communication infrastructures.
- Address challenges within customer support and direct service environments.
- Monitor and manage extensive voice networks including call flow traffic across multiple trunk groups.
- Oversee the migration of call flows to modern protocols and technologies.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation and provide training to junior engineers.
What You Bring:
- Strong analytical skills and a knack for solving complex problems.
- Leadership experience to mentor and guide teams in highpressure situations.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with customers and internal teams.
- A Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field.
