Position : End User support Analyst
Location : Arlington Heights IL (Onsite)
Duration : 9 Months with EXT
Shift: 3rd shift 3:30pm 12:00am CST
Member of the 7X24 Unimatic (Unisys) Coverage team. Candidate will be assigned to second shift. Rotating days off including weekends and holidays. All training is OJT.

Responsibilities:
- Under minimal supervision provides mainframe system information (level 2) technical support and operation to the end user community.
- Troubleshoots and resolves hardware software and user problems as they arise.
- Manages incidents (tickets) from beginning to end.
- Participates in the resolution of chronic problems and/or other technical projects as assigned.
