Job Description
Accountabilities
- Execute Distribution plan from Port Said warehouse to factory and from factory to depots
- Reduce rent & utilization of the companys fleet
- Responsible for the trucks rent plan and confirm the invoices settlement
- Ensure that the vehicles are fully loaded
- Make sure the shipment documents are available before the trip to ensure no delay
- Plan daily the availability of drivers based on their current assignments hours of service vacation requests and possible overtime implications.
- Oversee the maintenance of all the vehicles in coordination with the fleet department
- Follow up the renewal of the licenses on time
- Coordinate the transfer of goods between depots & central warehouse
- Responsible for compliance of all the drivers and their performance
- Collaborate with other departments when needed
- Implement any other tasks as requested by his manager
- Follow companys policies and procedures
Qualifications and Experience
- University Degree
- 02 Years Experience
