    The Development Department consists of separate teams for engineers designers and directors. Leveraging your prior experience and skills we are looking for an individual to take on the role of leader within the engineering team. This role involves not only strategizing and but also optimizing processes and managing team members.

    In particular your responsibilities will include:

    • Identifying and addressing organizational challenges
    • Communication with team members primarily through oneonone meetings
    • Setting organizational objectives (OKRs)
    • Establishing goals and evaluations for team members (semiannually)
    • Coordination and communication with other departments
    • Participation in various meetings

    We aim to create an environment that enables team members to maximize their performance and promote organizational development. In addition during the initial phase of your involvement we would like you to provide technical leadership in your area of expertise beyond just people management.

    Taking your experience into account we also hope you can contribute to tech branding (information dissemination) and recruitment efforts.

Minimum Requirements



Vice President of Engineer

    • Experience as an Engineering Manager
    • Experience as a Vice President of Engineering

  • Remote work: You can choose to come to the office at least 3 times a week or be fully remote depending on the teams policy.
