    In our company we are aiming to develop the only domestically produced sales and marketing platform that can comprehensively execute and manage customer acquisition sales promotion and order fulfillment. We have developed numerous marketing tools inhouse such as SFA/CRM Marketing Automation (MA) Chatbot and BI tools.

    In this position as a Lead Engineer in the rapidly growing SFA/CRM business you will be involved in further expanding the business.

    Our development team is primarily composed of young engineers in their 20s. While these young members who joined us as fresh graduates are highly promising there is a significant shortage of personnel who can fulfill the role of training and guiding future executives/leaders.

    As a Lead Engineer you will support the growth of these young engineers on the ground and take on the mission of building a team capable of competing in three years.

    We value the technology (development capability/technical skills) that runs alongside business speed and cherish teamwork. We are looking for someone who can leverage their experience and leadership to lead the development team to greater heights.

    Responsibilities

    Product Development Lead:

    • Lead the product development process to improve quality and efficiency.
    • Monitor the teams progress provide support as needed and maximize the teams development efficiency.

    Technological Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

    • Stay abreast of the latest technology trends and introduce new tools and practices to improve the product development process.
    • Maintain a high interest in technology management and architecture striving for the highest standards of achievement.

    Communication:

    • Ensure effective communication with stakeholders and both internal and external departments.
    • Coordinate with senior management and other departments.
    • Clearly communicate the teams progress issues and proposals to invigorate the team.

      Over 3 years of experience in developing web applications primarily focused on frontend development (regardless of language)

Annual Salary:

based on experience ability and previous work experience
