Job Description
We are looking for Mobile App Developer UIUX We are looking for Mobile App Developer UIUX
Key Responsibilities
- User Experience Research: Lead indepth user research to uncover insights into user behaviors needs and motivations. Leverage these insights to make informed design decisions and validate the usercentered approach.
- UI/UX Design : Create highfidelity modern UI mockups wireframes and prototypes for web and mobile applications. Ensure that designs align with the latest user experience principles and aesthetic trends.
- Collaboration and Communication: Partner closely with development teams and clients to translate design concepts into functional code. Provide clear detailed design specifications and maintain smooth communication throughout the design process.
- Design System Development: Contribute to and maintain cohesive design systems ensuring consistency in visual language across platforms and adherence to brand standards.
- User Testing and Iteration: Conduct user testing to validate design solutions collect feedback and iterate to improve usability and user experience.
- Trend Integration: Stay on top of emerging UI/UX trends tools and best practices integrating innovative design solutions that enhance overall project outcomes.
- Creative ProblemSolving: Engage in creative brainstorming and problemsolving to overcome design challenges continuously improving the user journey and interface.
- Project Ownership: Own UI/UX projects from start to finish ensuring timely delivery adherence to scope and exceeding quality expectations.
Requirements
- Experience: 23 years of proven UI/UX design experience ideally within a techforward environment or digital agency with a portfolio showcasing modern usercentered design practices.
- Education: A Bachelor s degree in Design HumanComputer Interaction Computer Science or a related field.
- Portfolio: A robust portfolio that highlights your design thinking process UI/UX challenges tackled and outcomes that reflect modern design approaches.
- Technical Expertise: Mastery in Figma and proficiency in other design tools like Sketch Adobe XD and a working knowledge of HTML/CSS principles.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication with a talent for clearly presenting design concepts and rationales to stakeholders.
- DetailOriented: A strong eye for detail with a commitment to delivering visually polished userfocused designs.
- Team Collaboration: A collaborative mindset with the ability to contribute to a creative innovative and forwardthinking team culture.
