Job Description
- Consult with clients to determine their travel preferences and requirements.
- Research and recommend travel destinations, accommodations, and activities based on client interests.
- Book flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements, ensuring all details are accurate.
- Provide clients with information on travel insurance, visa requirements, and health advisories.
- Assist clients with itinerary changes and cancellations, offering alternative solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, destinations, and regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best rates and services for clients.
- Utilize travel booking software and tools to streamline the booking process.
