Job Description

Join the scaleMatters team as a Salesforce CPQ Administrator where youll play a vital role in driving global business success. Reporting to the VP RevOps Technology Services youll initially focus on supporting a key clients Salesforce CPQ needs. As you excel your responsibilities will expand to include supporting additional clients within our portfolio.

What Youll Do:

In this handson position youll be responsible for maintaining and enhancing CPQ setups while spearheading initiatives like multilanguage and multicurrency implementations. Your deep technical expertise in Salesforce CPQ will be instrumental in delivering impactful solutions that meet our clients global operational needs.

As part of scaleMatters youll collaborate with talented colleagues and contribute to fully integrated solutions that support operational success across multiple clients. With a strong focus on youll lead technical initiatives and provide guidance throughout the project lifecycle. We empower our contractors to expand their impact and take on new challenges that drive real business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CPQ Ownership: Take full ownership of Salesforce CPQ enhancements and ongoing support ensuring scalability and system performance.
  • Global CPQ Administration: Lead the configuration maintenance and optimization of Salesforce CPQ across all regions ensuring smooth operation in a global multicurrency and multilanguage environment.
  • Requirements Gathering: Document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Handson Development: Perform handson solution design prototyping and proof of concept for CPQ enhancements including product configuration complex pricing and product rules and standard quote templates.
  • Best Practices & : Apply CPQ best practices tailored to business needs with a strong focus on delivering results.
  • Integrations: Lead technical design and validation of integrations including Salesforce CPQ integration with NetSuite and other 3rd party applications.
  • System Support: Provide daytoday Salesforce platform and user support troubleshooting issues and optimizing workflows.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick) experience with a strong background in handson experience in product setup product rules pricing discounting and quote templates.
  • Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification preferred; Salesforce Sales Cloud certification is a plus.
  • Experience supporting global multicurrency CPQ implementations with multilanguage support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and across different time zones.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering to implementation and support.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities with a passion for continuous learning and applying new technologies.
