Job Summary:

The Business Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of our clients business. This role involves ensuring efficient administrative processes compliance with legal and regulatory requirements effective human resource management and the successful establishment of new branches. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business operations with a focus on General Affairs Legal and HR as well as experience in the fastpaced industry

Job Description:

  • Oversee daily administrative operations of the business to ensure smooth and efficient processes
  • Manage office facilities including maintenance procurement and vendor relationships
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures ensuring adherence to business standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements specific to the business industry.
  • Manage contracts agreements licenses and other legal documentation related to business operations.
  • Liaise with external legal counsel as needed for legal advice and contract reviews
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the business objectives
  • Oversee recruitment onboarding and training of new staff members
  • Manage performance evaluations employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Lead the planning and of establishing new branches including budgeting resource allocation and operational setup.
  • Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful launch and smooth integration of new branches.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures and standards for new branches to ensure consistency and quality

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business operations with a focus on General Affairs Legal and Human Resources
  • Strong project management skills with a background in setting up new operations
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Malaysias legal and regulatory requirements related to business operation
