Job Title: Sales Manager (Stellantis)
Location: Wixom MI
Salary: $% Bonus

Are you an experienced sales leader with a deep understanding of the Stellantis account If so I have an exciting opportunity that could be the perfect fit for you. A fastgrowing global company in the automotive sector is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to join their team in Wixom MI. With a competitive salary of $140000 plus a 15% bonus this role offers both challenge and reward for the right candidate.

About the Role: In this role youll be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans that align with the companys goals and drive growth within the Stellantis market. Youll lead and mentor a highperforming sales team ensuring they have the tools and motivation to meet and exceed their targets. Your expertise in managing Stellantis accounts will be crucial as you work to strengthen client relationships and secure new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies that drive success within the Stellantis market ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new market opportunities strategically expanding the clients customer base.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead coach and motivate the sales team to achieve their goals providing ongoing training to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key Stellantis stakeholders ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Regularly analyze sales performance data identify trends and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and adjust sales strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • CrossDepartment Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to ensure cohesive business growth.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead negotiations with Stellantis clients securing deals that align with the companys policies and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or a related field (preferred).
  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience specifically managing Stellantis accounts within the global automotive market.
  • Proven success in leading and motivating a sales team.
  • Expertise in negotiating and closing deals with Stellantis.
  • Familiarity with the Stellantis Supplier Portal and associated tools.
  • Strong organizational planning and strategic skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly in data analysis and presentation creation.
