Job Description

Prepare and review detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
Evaluate and analyze project costs, including labor, materials, and overheads
Monitor project performance and report on financial forecasts and variances
Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
Prepare and submit progress claims and final accounts
Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and gather information for cost assessments
Advise project teams on cost-effective practices and procurement strategies
Ensure compliance with project contract terms and relevant regulations
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members
