Job Description
We are a leading multinational agency specializing in web development and marketing strategy optimization. We are looking for a talented **Frontend Developer** with expertise in Shopify and WordPress to join our dynamic 100% remote team.
Key Responsibilities
Shopify Theme Development: Translate Photoshop designs into visually engaging Shopify themes while adhering to client brand guidelines. Ensure the themes are responsive visually consistent and perform optimally across devices.
Theme Optimization: Continuously update and enhance existing Shopify themes based on wireframes and design mockups to improve the customer experience and site functionality.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Design and UX teams to deliver solutions aligned with client needs. Participate in project discussions and video calls to ensure that the development aligns with the project vision and goals.
User Interface Creation: Build and maintain website interfaces that are userfriendly fluid and visually appealing ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
Architecture Development: Develop and implement the websites architecture ensuring the highest levels of performance and reliability across all platforms.
Performance Testing: Conduct rigorous performance testing troubleshoot contentrelated issues and ensure the final user experience is flawless.
Strategic :Collaborate with the optimization team to deliver creative usercentered solutions that drive measurable results.
Crossfunctional Support:Assist internal teams with development needs offering problemsolving solutions to ensure successful project outcomes.
Shopify Customization: Develop and maintain custom Shopify themes using Liquid CSS JavaScript and HTML. Ensure consistent user experiences across platforms.
App Development: Create and customize Shopify apps using React and TypeScript to enhance store functionality and improve client operations.
A/B Testing & Data Analysis: Implement A/B testing methodologies to analyze features and boost sales and use tools such as Google Analytics GTM VWO and Intelligems for datadriven decisionmaking.
Quality Assurance: Conduct quality testing debugging and ensure crossbrowser/device compatibility for Shopify sites while also adhering to SEO performance and web accessibility best practices.
Qualifications:
Degree in Systems Engineering Software Engineering or a related field.
2 years of handson experience as a Shopify developer.
Proficient in frontend technologies: CSS3 HTML5 JavaScript (including jQuery).
Strong understanding of **Liquid** and experience with debugging tools (e.g. DevTools) and version control systems (preferably Git).
Experience with Photoshop and/or Figma for independently extracting images and elements from mockups.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
English proficiency at a B2 C1 level or equivalent.
