Job Description
- Oversee the receipt, processing, and distribution of project documentation according to established guidelines
- Maintain accurate records of document versions and revisions
- Utilize electronic document management systems (EDMS) to track and manage project documentation
- Produce and manage logs, transmittals, and required project reports
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure documentation compliance and accuracy
