Manager Operation Finance

Design and lead World Pop Travel and Tour Group Co. Ltd. endtoend of the following programs to ensure the organizations requirements and expectations are met:

• Operation finance management
  
• Revenue optimization revenue assurance and costs management
  
• Fiance analysis performance

JOB SCOPE:

Within World Pop Travel & Tour Group Co. Ltd.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Raise awareness and ensure department compliance with company policies guidelines; standard financial operating procedures and tax requirements
  
• Work closely with sales and operation teams in the management of pricing discounts and collection
  
• Facilitate review design and implement effective business processes for revenue optimization revenue assurance and costs management
  
• Prepare regular sales and costs performance reports for management and finance teams.
  
• Provide business and financial analysis on the performances of all projects recommend new initiatives propose cost optimization opportunities and investigate the variances.
  
• Assist in department planning and budgeting.
  

To perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
(Education Qualification/Skills/Behaviors and Related Experiences.)

• BBA in management (human resources management is a plus)
  
• At least 5 years of experiences working with the related areas
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook
  
• Professional qualifications in management and leadership
  
• Good command of English both writing and speaking
  
• Proven ability to demonstrate the urgency and customerfocus oriented attitude
  
• Proven ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
  
• Proven evidence to move fast be patient and result driven
  
• Demonstration of high level of integrity and professionalism
