Job Responsibilities:
- Manage regional sellout and sellthrough drive regional sales growth and be responsible for achieving the sellout and sellthrough targets in the region.
- Responsible for market expansion and customer relationship maintenance in both open channels and operator channels.
- Build and manage the sales team and be responsible for developing a talent pipeline within the team.
- Timely summarize and analyze sales data participate in the formulation of channel sales policies and ensure their .
- Cover sales points in the region manage inventory and retail image and maintain retail presence.
Job Qualifications:
- Fulltime Bachelors degree or above; proficiency in Thai/English (speaking reading writing listening) is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales management or related work.
- Strong work ethic excellent logical thinking and management strategies.
- Willingness to work on holidays weekends and live overseas longterm.
