NOK Human Capital is hiring a talented Marketing Manager for a well known Business and services consultancy specialized in PWD Services located in Maadi.

Job Description:

Establishing positioning identifying target audiences and developing marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.

Providing leadership and direction in the development implementation and monitoring of the multichannel marketing strategy.

Establishing and implementing short and longrange marketing goals objectives policies and procedures for the company; evaluating program effectiveness and effecting changes required for improvement.

Leading the of marketing programs from start to finish leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.

Responsible for generating new business leads.

Responsible for increasing brand awareness brand affinity brand loyalty and market share.

Creating maintaining and conducting analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extracting key insights (customer insights consumer trends market analysis and marketing best practices) for future campaign development and strategies complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.

Tracking effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to the executive team.

Managing and negotiating with thirdparty agencies and vendors.

Overseeing and approving all marketing material.

Establishing and maintaining a staffing structure to support the organizations marketing efforts; overseeing a team of marketing support staff including performance evaluation training and motivation and direct participation in personnel actions.

Developing and managing annual marketing budgets regularly monitoring expenditures; preparing summary assessments and reports.

Building strategic relationships and partnering with key industry players agencies and vendors.

Job Qualifications:

710 years of experience in a related field

Bachelors degree in marketing business or related field

Masters degree a plus

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns

Strong project management multitasking and decisionmaking skills

Metricsdriven marketing mind with an eye for creativity

Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy

Proven experience designing interactive applications and networking platforms

Established press and media contacts
