We are seeking a detailoriented organized IT PMO/ PMO Consultant to support the successful implementation and of SAP projects within our organization. With strong organizational skills and a passion for SAP project management this role is highly desirable.

• 1 headcount: Mandarin speaking (local)

• 1 headcount: NonMandarin speaking (expats living in Malaysia is acceptable)

Responsibilities:

• Support Project Managers: Collaborate with project managers for smooth project .
• Documentation Management: Create update and maintain project documentation.
• Coordination and Communication: Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders.
• Resource Management: Assist in resource allocation and tracking.
• Risk and Issue Tracking: Identify document and track project risks and issues.
• Change Control: Manage change control processes.
• Quality Assurance: Contribute to quality assurance activities.
• Training and User Support: Provide training and support for SAP project management tools.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify process improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Bachelors degree in business administration information systems or related field.
• Proven experience in project administration or coordination preferably within SAP projects or IT project management.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in SAP project management tools and software.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Relevant certifications preferred.
