Your Role in Transforming Insurance Operations
Be part of our client s team as a Customer Success Coordinator where you will support customer success managers in delivering tailored solutions to clients. You will be responsible for coordinating projects producing reports managing content requests and ensuring seamless communication with internal and external teams.
Employment type: Indefinite term contract
Shift: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST
Work setup: Work from home
How You ll Make an Impact Every Day
- Client Support: Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to meet client needs including managing contentrelated requests.
- Content Coordination: Assist in developing and managing clientfacing content such as reports and training materials.
- Meeting Management: Attend client meetings take detailed notes identify action items and follow up on next steps.
- Reporting & Analytics: Create and analyze reports to track client progress developing insights and actionable recommendations.
- Project Coordination: Organize and coordinate client projects ensuring deliverables are met on time and exceed client expectations.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring smooth and effective communication throughout the client lifecycle.
- Tool Utilization: Manage tasks using Google Drive Gmail Asana and other relevant platforms.
- Content Creation: Support the creation of engaging materials such as marketing communications and product releases.
Requirements
The Expertise to Succeed in Insurance Innovation
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clientfacing role preferably in a B2B environment.
- Experience in content creation and management including reports and training materials.
- Proficiency in analytics and data analysis with the ability to produce actionable insights.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Experience with Google Drive Gmail Asana or similar tools.
Plus: Familiarity with marketing and data analysis concepts is an added advantage.
