As a Per Diem CNA you will provide essential care and support to residents in longterm care settings. Youll assist with daily living activities maintain a clean environment and contribute to the overall wellbeing of patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with all areas of physical care and hygiene
- Participate in patient activities and engagement
- Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean environment
- Document patient care and participate in training sessions
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure quality patient care
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Mississippi CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 6 months of CNA experience in a healthcare setting
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting and repositioning patients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency
