Job Description
We are seeking a detailoriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to help drive datadriven decisionmaking within the organization. This role will work closely with crossfunctional teams to develop insights and recommendations that will improve processes products and overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect clean and validate large datasets from multiple sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends patterns and insights that can help inform business strategies.
- Create data visualizations dashboards and reports to present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate with different departments including marketing and operations to provide datadriven insights.
- Identify areas for process improvement and optimization through data analysis.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel SQL Python.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present data insights to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
