Job Description
- To deliver excellent customer service through market-leading account management
- Weekly dialogue with all clients.
- Produce Quarterly Review Packs summarising both OEM Sales Results and system development carried out.
- Collaborate with Key contacts at each Client (OEM) to understand their short, medium and long-term strategies and make Keyloop are the partner of choice.
- Ensure product sales presentations are up to date along with other POS material and uploaded to shared portals.
- To provide feedback on market intelligence to increase the internal market knowledge of competitor products.
