Job Description
- Coordinate Travel Arrangements:
- Arrange transportation (flights, ground transportation) for performers, artists, and other event participants.
- Ensure timely pickup and drop-off for all scheduled events.
- Hotel Accommodations:
- Book suitable accommodation for performers and other guests.
- Manage room blocks and special requests to ensure comfort and satisfaction.
- On-site Coordination:
- Be present at the venue during events to handle any logistical issues.
- Coordinate with technical and stage crews to ensure smooth operations.
- Itinerary Management:
- Develop and distribute detailed itineraries for performers and event staff.
- Manage any changes to schedules promptly and efficiently.
- Vendor Management:
- Liaise with external vendors such as catering, transportation companies, and accommodation providers.
- Negotiate contracts and rates to ensure cost-effective arrangements.
