Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Tacoma Washington. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing highquality patientcentered care to our employees and their families.Responsibilities:
Conducting comprehensive physical assessments and medical history reviews
Diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses
Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for patients
Educating and counseling patients on health promotion and disease prevention
Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests
Prescribing medications and other treatments as appropriate
Documenting all patient encounters accurately and thoroughlyRequirements:
Current NP or PA license in the state of Washington
Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in primary care internal medicine or family practice
Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Commitment to providing compassionate and evidencebased care
