Responsibilities: - Develop and manage employee engagement programs to improve job satisfaction.
- Lead initiatives to promote employee wellness worklife balance and overall wellbeing.
- Partner with HR to refine onboarding processes performance reviews and career development plans.
- Analyze employee feedback and engagement surveys to identify areas for improvement.
- Plan and coordinate events that enhance company culture and collaboration.
- Facilitate crossdepartmental communication and collaboration.
- Track and report on employee experience metrics and KPIs.
- Ensure company values are reflected in all employee touchpoints.
Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Management or related field.
- 3 years of experience in employee engagement HR or organizational development roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead crossfunctional teams and manage projects.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data collection and reporting.
- Familiarity with HR software and employee feedback tools.
- Ability to foster a positive and inclusive company culture.
Compensation: - Salary: $70000 $90000 per year (based on experience)
