Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Junior FinTech Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about financial technology and eager to develop their analytical skills in a fastpaced environment. The Junior FinTech Analyst will assist in analyzing financial data identifying trends and supporting various projects aimed at enhancing our technological solutions and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Assist in collecting organizing and analyzing financial data to provide actionable insights.
- Report Generation: Prepare and present regular reports on financial performance market trends and other key metrics.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends competitive landscape and emerging technologies in the FinTech sector.
- Project Support: Collaborate with senior analysts and other team members on various projects providing datadriven recommendations and insights.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving data collection processes analysis techniques and reporting methods.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and uptodate documentation of analysis processes methodologies and findings.
- Stakeholder Communication: Assist in communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Data Science Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience: 12 years of experience in a financial analysis data analysis or FinTechrelated role is preferred but not required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) and financial modeling software.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in an understandable way.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Adaptability: Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies in the FinTech space.
