Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Information Security Engineer to join focusing on managing and maintaining security baselines across various technological environments. The candidate will work closely with product owners business and technical teams to ensure the accuracy and compliance of information security baselines.
Eligibility:
Candidates must be either US Citizens Green Card holders H4 EAD L2 Visa or TN Visa holders.
Please note: OPT EAD or CPT holders are not eligible for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Baseline Management: Create review edit and verify information security baselines ensuring their accuracy and consistency across systems.
- CrossTeam Collaboration: Work with both business and technical teams to ensure the security standards and policies are upheld.
- Security Consulting: Provide expert security consulting on small projects for internal clients ensuring all security baselines meet organizational standards and policies.
- Security Baseline Development: Oversee the development and validation of security baselines ensuring they are properly documented approved and deployed.
- Security Auditing: Review the security settings used to deploy and monitor various applications and products ensuring they align with established security baselines.
Required Experience:
- 2 years of handson experience with security baselines: Experience in creating reviewing editing and ensuring the accuracy of security baselines is critical to this role.
- Technological Versatility: Ability to work across multiple technologies and platforms.
- Crossfunctional Engagement: Experience working collaboratively with both business stakeholders and technical subject matter experts to achieve security objectives.
Daily Tasks:
- Collaborating with product owners and technical teams to develop and refine security baselines.
- Participating in security consulting for smallscale projects ensuring all security policies and standards are in place.
- Reviewing the security settings used to deploy and monitor products to ensure adherence to security baselines.
- Overseeing the creation of new security baselines ensuring accuracy and completion throughout the process.
Work Schedule:
This position follows a hybrid work model requiring candidates to be onsite 23 days per week. Remote work options are available only where explicitly noted.
