Required Hours/Week: 40hrs./Week
The Endclient Onshore Project Manager (PM) for a Databricks and Power BI program with the following skills and experience:
- Business Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with business users/ IT leaders understand their requirements and relay those to the offshore team.
- Data and BI Understanding: Highlevel understanding of the Data and BI landscape specifically Databricks and Power BI to handle discussions and drive demos.
- SQL: Understanding of SQL and Data analysis skill is mandatory
- Project Management: Ability to track project milestones resolve functional and technical blockers and manage timelines.
- Power BI Demos: Ability to conduct Power BI report demos gather feedback and collaborate with the offshore team to make necessary adjustments.
- OnshoreOffshore Model Experience: Prior experience working in an onshoreoffshore model across two time zones.
- Program Management: Proven experience in managing multiple Data and BI projects.
- Agile Methodology: Strong experience with Agile methodology and ability to manage projects within an Agile framework.
- Industry Experience: Experience in the life sciences or pharmaceutical sector is a plus.
- Presentation skills: Present the program accomplishment to SR leadership level
