Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Web Programmer to join our IT team where you will be responsible for designing coding and enhancing our companys web pages programs and applications.
As a Web Programmer your focus will be on producing fully functional programs by writing clean testable code. Collaboration with internal teams to identify system requirements and integration of backend data will be key aspects of your role. Additionally you will design user interfaces and web layouts using HTML/CSS practices upgrade existing programs and perform periodic tests and debugging to maximize program efficiency.
If you are passionate about building software work well in a team environment alongside developers engineers and web designers we would like to meet you. Ultimately we expect you to convert our companys needs into functional and userfriendly websites and programs.
Responsibilities:
Produce fully functional programs by writing clean testable code
Collaborate with internal teams to identify system requirements
Integrate backend data
Design user interfaces and web layouts using HTML/CSS practices
Upgrade and repair existing programs
Perform periodic tests and debugging to maximize program efficiency
Create technical documentation for user support
Suggest new features to improve program navigation and operation
Follow security principles
Stay uptodate with industry developments
Requirements and Skills:
Proven work experience as a Web Programmer or Developer
Handson experience with various programming languages such as PHP ASP.NET JavaScript and Ruby on Rails
Familiarity with HTML/CSS
Knowledge of ObjectOriented Programming and web application development
Attention to detail
Project management skills within a fastpaced work environment
Ability to communicate and work effectively in a team
BSc degree in Computer Science or a relevant fiel
