Tasks
Your Tasks:
- Strategic Design Leadership: Serve as the key authority for the overarching design and architecture of a largescale enterprise system ensuring alignment with business objectives and architectural frameworks.
- Solution Architecture Development: Craft and shape the architecture of enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions focusing on financial and operational domains to address business needs.
- System Implementation and Integration: Lead and oversee the deployment of ERP systems ensuring seamless integration with other platforms and technologies.
- Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate across departments to capture and translate business requirements into detailed technical blueprints.
- Technical Advisory: Provide expertlevel guidance and consultation to internal teams and stakeholders on ERP solutions and their application within the enterprise ecosystem.
- Quality Standards: Guarantee that all development and deployment practices adhere to industry standards and best practices to ensure highquality outcomes.
- Feature Monitoring & Lifecycle Management: Track the introduction of new functionalities and updates assessing their impact on business workflows. Proactively plan for adjustments and ensure smooth transitions as features evolve or are retired.
Requirements
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
- Extensive experience in designing and implementing enterpriselevel ERP systems ideally within the financial and operational sectors.
- Profound knowledge in configuring and tailoring ERP systems with strong experience in integrating with cloudbased platforms and automation tools.
- Exceptional analytical skills to troubleshoot and address complex technical and business challenges.
- Fluent in delivering clear impactful communication and presentations in both English and German.
- Proven track record in managing largescale IT projects and driving collaboration across diverse teams.
- Relevant professional certifications in enterprise solutions architecture are a plus.
