Job Description

We are hiring for our client Cloudy Coders.

Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager plays a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of the organization. They are responsible for identifying new business opportunities building and maintaining successful relationships with partners and clients and executing strategies to increase company revenue and market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Researching and identifying new business opportunities
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Creating and implementing sales strategies to achieve business goals
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Negotiating and closing business deals
  • Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to develop tailored solutions
  • Attending industry events and conferences to network and promote the company
  • Evaluating and optimizing business processes to maximize efficiency
  • Preparing and delivering presentations to potential clients
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities
  • Managing a team of business development professionals
  • Preparing regular reports on business development activities
  • Developing and managing the business development budget
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Building and maintaining a strong professional network

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
  • Proven experience in business development sales or related field
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of market research and analysis techniques
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
  • Understanding of business development principles and practices
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel as needed
