Job Description
- Conduct primary site visits for projects to tentatively understand needed scope of work and estimate related cost in cooperation sales and PM team
- Approach best market contractors and arrange visits before getting quotations
- Proper communication with (Client) stake holders such as ; PMO; Consultant; firefighting security; Engineering; Maintenance; HVAC; MEP… etc.
- Quality control; Quality assurance of contractor work and interfere whenever there is any observation and coordinate with responsible department for immediate fix
- Daily reporting of work progress to reporting manager
