- Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies focused on manual testing processes.
- Collaborate with product management, development teams, and other stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and ensure feature acceptance based on requirements.
- Manage and prioritize bug reports and tickets from internal and external stakeholders and analyze business value using internal data sources.
