We are looking for a detailoriented QA Engineer with a focus on manual testing to join our team. As a QA Engineer you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and stability of our products by manually testing features identifying bugs and providing feedback to the development team. You should have strong analytical skills a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering highquality software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute detailed manual test cases based on requirements.
- Identify document and track bugs or issues using bugtracking tools.
- Collaborate with the development team to resolve issues and ensure product quality.
- Participate in sprint planning and provide input on quality and testing timelines.
- Perform functional regression integration and UI/UX testing.
- Ensure all testing is completed on time and that testing criteria are met.
- Provide regular status reports on testing progress and results.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of manual testing processes and methodologies.
- Experience in functional testing regression testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g. Jira Bugzilla or similar).
- Ability to write clear and concise test cases and test plans.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with developers and stakeholders.
- Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodology.
- Experience in crossbrowser and crossdevice testing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with API testing and database testing is a plus.
- Basic understanding of automation testing tools (like Selenium) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field is preferred.
