Job Description


Ready to embrace a new adventure in Lisbon

We are looking for fluent Turkish speakers with a good English level to work in customer support positions. You will be assisting clients of renowned worldwide companies and working in an international environment.

What we are looking for in a candidate:

  • Speak proficiently (C1/C2) Turkish and have a good English level (B2)
  • No previous experience is demanded
  • Willingness to learn
  • Good communication and soft skills

What you will have to do:

. Provide support to small and mediumsized businesses (SMBs) across multiple channels chat (live channel) email and phone (Outbound calls are mandatory for emails and highly recommended for chat to ensure the query has been solved in a timely manner) both in Turkish and English;
. Provide pre and postsales support for all selfservice products;
. Provide product and tool support to improve clients experience; identify trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB client
