- Lead and mentor a team of developers ensuring highquality code delivery and adherence to best practices.
- Write review and optimize clean welldocumented PHP CSS AJAX JavaScript and jQuery code.
- Architect develop and maintain efficient testable and reusable PHP modules for both web and mobile applications.
- Oversee the integration of userfacing elements developed by frontend developers with serverside logic.
- Tackle complex performance and architectural challenges providing scalable solutions across web and mobile platforms.
- Ensure the integration of data storage solutions maintaining data integrity and optimal performance for both web and mobile apps.
- Guarantee crossbrowser compatibility and mobile responsiveness using CSS and Bootstrap (versions 3 4 and 5).
- Stay uptodate with the latest web and mobile technologies guiding the team accordingly.
- Implement and promote testdriven development (TDD) practices to ensure highquality code and reduce bugs.
- Conduct thorough code reviews providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Design and manage database schemas that support business processes and scalability for both web and mobile applications.
- Oversee the integration of thirdparty services and APIs ensuring seamless operation within web and mobile platforms.
- 5 years of fulltime experience in PHP development including at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.
- Extensive knowledge in PHP JavaScript jQuery AJAX HTML CSS and databases (MySQL or MS SQL Server).
- Advanced CSS skills for crossbrowser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
- Strong experience with PHP frameworks (e.g. Laravel Symfony) and MVC design patterns.
- Solid understanding of frontend technologies (JavaScript HTML5 CSS3) and their integration with backend systems.
- Expertise in app development for iOS and Android including crossplatform frameworks (e.g. Flutter React Native).
- Experience in accessibility and security compliance best practices.
- Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases and database design and optimization.
- Strong understanding of code versioning tools (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects with timely delivery and highquality output.
- Excellent problemsolving analytical and programming skills.
- Experience with web services APIs and thirdparty service integration.
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of tasks and team outcomes.
